The 2018 Juried Show People’s Choice Award Winner is Carmella Tuliszewski! For her painting titled: “Stitch In Time” Congratulations!

The 2018 Juried Show 

The Pennsylvania Watercolor Society’s 39th Juried Exhibition officially began with a gala Opening Reception on Saturday, September 15, 2018.  After many days of rain, the beautiful weather combined with an exciting display of watercolor artwork prompted several hundred attendees to congregate at the Crary Art Gallery in Warren, PA, for the opening. 

Those in attendance enjoyed a buffet meal and refreshments as they perused the 98 painting in the exhibit and looked for the award winner tags displayed by certain paintings.  At three o’clock awards between $1,500 and $100 were presented to 45 artists, many of whom were in attendance.  Along with the exhibition awards, several PWS members received their Signature Status pins and certificates.  Sylvan Grouse Guild awards were also presented to 4 PWS members. 

Next year’s exhibition will be held in Lancaster, PA .
