If you are interested in purchasing a painting displayed in the Member’s Online Show,, Call: Pam Wenger at 717-309-8601 or email her at pwsmembershow@gmail.com. Pam will contact the artist who will be given the prospective buyer’s contact information. It will be up to the individual artist to pursue and finalize the prospective sale. PWS will charge no commission if a sale is made. If a sale is made, PWS must be notified so the painting can be marked as sold on the website. Our Juror this year was Yachiyo Beck

Juror’s Statement

I was honored to be asked to judge the 2019 online members' exhibition.! I appreciate very much the hard work of the board members and volunteers who labored to make this exhibition come together. The judging process was a challenge, and choosing among the over 200 paintings was especially difficult. As you all know, good composition, along with color, unity and flow, make for a good painting. The technical skill also needs to be present to create a superior painting. However, I believe the achievement of emotion in the painting to be artistry of the highest level. Those are the things I looked for when I looked through the entry images. There were many very good paintings in the show. It was difficult to choose only 15 of them to receive awards. Please note that every juror goes through the process differently. Often paintings that don't receive an award in one show receive one in another. We all are in the midst of the learning process. Congratulations to all the artists who took part in this show.!
