Volunteer Treasurer Needed

The Pennsylvania Watercolor Society is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Treasurer to help manage our finances and keep our organization strong and transparent.

About the Role:
As Treasurer, you will:

• Track all income and expenses 

• Work with the Board and committees to prepare an annual budget and monitor spending

• Manage our Members 1st bank account and use Quicken software to keep records organized

• Prepare clear, simple financial reports for our members

• Ensure we comply with all financial rules and legal requirements

• Maintain accurate records to prevent errors and ensure accountability

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
✓ Trustworthy and honest
✓ Organized and detail-oriented
✓ Comfortable with numbers and financial software
✓ Able to explain financial matters clearly to others
